Access to computers - and anything which might teach you something about the way the world works - should be unlimited and total. Always yield to the Hands-On Imperative!

Basic  concept , it works most of the time with the "All information should be free". The ethical side says that i should use it to improve my knowledge on how the world works, but the dark side says:" lets cook some bombs and blow something up just for fun".  If i will learn the basics of physics , math or how to make bombs it all is just information and knowledge, it depends how people will implement it. I believe that that concept must be implemented evrywhere.

All information should be free.

No-no and no ! If all information would be available to the public, some companies could not grow so big, some secrets just have to be obfuscated. If all information were available for free and not copyrighted/patented the level of competition on the marked will be lower than it actually is.

Mistrust authority - promote decentralization.

That thesis is so slippery, that i almost fell of my chair and fell into anarchy. Kidding. While authority is meant to serve the people , there is a small problem. Authority members are also people and in most cases they pursue their own target. Very rare there is a man who will make the nation priorities stand higher in order than his owns. Taking that in the consideration  authority could be called mistrusty in most cases, but we are all people and if the system works fine and mistrust does not go over some amount everything is OK. Decentralization brings more problems ,than fixing one by one the problems with authority.

Hackers should be judged by their hacking, not bogus criteria such as degrees, age, race, or position.

Agreed, i don not care who are you. I care only what a man can do.  I do not judge people by they skin tone, what genitals they have, how old they are  those are just descriptions of the body, main player sits in a box of bones sending electrical charges.

You can create art and beauty on a computer.

Art is abstract. Once i have prepared for the Programming Exam , two days prior to the exam i have done some exercises and i had the solution of young japanese guy. When i opened them and started reviewing what is he doing and how i realized that :"Damn that looks good", received mental satisfaction and admired the code, how can it not be an art peace?

Computers can change your life for the better.

Agree!
Computers are all about ergonomics and simplifying our lifes, bringing entertainment, job vacancies , study opportunity . When i got my first computer i can not say that my life level spiked, but computer made my life more simpler.
